You’ve probably heard a lot about emotional intelligence (EI) lately. It’s one of those buzzwords that gets thrown around in conversations about success, relationships, and leadership. But is it really that big of a deal? Or is it just another trendy concept? Let’s break it down and see why EI might actually be worth paying attention to. What is Emotional Intelligence?
